Great space, great location! Ester was awesome! I didn’t feel any pressure to get a unit, she was very professional and took her time answering all my many questions. Thanks Ester!

They were very attentive and eager to help. Such a huge change from where we were last. Place very clean and well maintained. Their climate control works very well compared to the last place I rented at. I would recommend.

This Past Saturday I walked in and spoke with Ester the Manager. She was awesome in helping me and holding a fantastic rate for me til Monday on a 5 × 10 unit. Today, I finished the transaction with Donnell. He was polite and courteous and offered exceptional customer service. He explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. He is a class act. The facility is clean and easily accessible. Bravo to Ester and Donnell for making this experience easy, fast, and memorable.

I recently went to secure a storage apace, and wasn’t sure exactly what size I wanted/needed. Esther showed me several units—different sizes, and different locations in the building. She was SO patient and helpful.
I had already visited 2 other competitors storage buildings, and was really confused as to how to proceed. So I tentatively selected one, but wanted my husband to see it, and verify that it would meet our needs. I brought him back with me and once again, Esther showed us the unit, and was able to hold it temporarily for us, while we made our decision. We came back a day later, and she was off cleaning, and since we specifically requested her, had to be called to the office to help us. As she shows you around, you can tell she takes pride in her work and enjoys helping people, as this place is immaculate and very secure!
We decided to go with Extra Space Storage and upon signing our rental agreement, she thoroughly went over everything with us, getting us all set up with the secure key pad and unit. She is so knowledgeable, and made it such a pleasant experience—don’t hesitate to rent a storage space here, and be sure to ask for Esther, who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy!

Donnell was very helpful and informative about the change I wanted to make. I didn’t need as big a space and he found me a smaller space. Sometimes when you down size the company will treat you poorly but Donnell treated me great. The place is clean, well lit and secure.
