F45 Training Coconut Creek

I love F45 and the entire staff, they make it easy to workout and are all great motivators. Its a great, friendly environment for anyone to workout in and all the workouts are different. I have been a member since September 2020 and have yet to have a day repeated with the variation of workouts. The best part is that the classes are 45 minutes! 🙂

Trainers who encourage and challenge. A community who enjoy each other’s company and helps each other get better? What else do you need? After 50 years of not stepping in a gym, I love going every single day and literally get sad if I ever have to miss a day

This is a great workout! It goes fast and you feel so great after! It’s as challenging as you want it to be. The staff is fantastic as well. I highly recommend!!

this place is great for a whole body workout. great for cardio and muscle building. with 3000 different exercises, the classes never get old. great family / team atmosphere

Decided to try F45 after my former gym closed permanently. I absolutely loved F45! Brian is extremely helpful and welcoming. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel at home and have an easy transition to F45! Looking forward to the new West Boca location! Sheriff is an awesome coach! He was extremely motivating and attentive. He also made sure I was comfortable and made me feel very welcomed! Looking forward to more workouts! It really was able to challenge myself and try some new exercises I’ve never done before! The environment is really motivating and inspiring! The music is great! Can’t wait to call this my new home!
