My wife and I were moved to Florida through military PCS orders. We were renting and were not very pleased with our renting experience. After being here for just a few months, we knew we wanted to buy. I called Todd Belrose to give him a very hard task in assisting me and my family with purchasing a home in the Miami area in a very small window. Without getting into all of those details, I had a 2 month window to find a home and close on that home in this extremely competitive market. Our budget as you would expect from a lower enlisted military member was not up to par with what this market has to offer. We have 2 children, one of which are starting school this fall. So we needed to find something in an area with a strong elementary school rating. If you’re familiar with this area at all you would understand how challenging that would be. Todd took that challenge by the horns. From the first day, Todd was one top of it. Within the first 24 hours, we had already found 4 homes to go view. Once we got on to the point of reaching out to schedule viewings, the homes were already sold. This happened for a couple of weeks consecutively. This started to worry my wife and I because we felt like our time frame was starting to kill this opportunity. However, Todd offered a suggestion about location. We are new to the area and are obviously not familiar. With this suggestion, within a day we found another home that was promising. During all of this, Todd was available for questions any time I needed him. His professionalism was unmatched. His availablity was a 10/10. He was able to break down the process step by step and explain exactly what we needed to do. We were able to find a house and close/move all in one and a half months. I can honestly say this could not have happened if it were not for Todd and Family One Reality. Game changers. My boys are able to run around in our new fenced in back yard. My wife and I are able to see what it’s like to be a home owner. I 100% recommend these guys.
