Orde re d online for quick .pick up.asked for hot sauce and pickle got bbq sauce and no pickle terribly bland tuna stale bread …not happy not happy at all

First time at Firehouse Subs and it didn’t disappoint. The Hook & Ladder was solid, and the staff was awesome. Great attitudes. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

As always, excellent quality in food and service. A little on the slow side but well worth the wait. In their defense, they were pretty busy with online orders and pick-ups. Still love the food at every location that I’ve been to.
