Mr Leno was very kind in explaining the process for viewing the property in addition to the monthly rent.

The home was quite beautiful as I’m sure any other FirstKey homes are. We will soon be completing our application once we have selected the house that best fits our needs.

Mr Leno has a very genuine enthusiasm and I was very glad to make his acquaintance.

Donovan came to do a pre inspection for the home I’m currently renting and he was very pleased. He came and finish in no time. He checked everything efficiently to make sure my home was in great standing. He was very knowledgeable and informative about questions/concerns I had. Very polite guy. Thank you so much Donovan.

As everyone knows moving is a very stressful time but First Key made this experience Easier for us. The process was simple, accessible and straightforward. The home was as shown on their website for the exception of some minor wear and tear items. The staff was very helpful Along the way and throughout the process, answering any questions that we had.

We met Ericka Koiska on site as we did the final walk through of The property. She was very thorough and very professional, made sure the Property was cleaned, etc and looked great for our walk-through. She really took the time to make sure that we were satisfied and everything was taking care of. As we walked through the property there was an issue with a leaky pipe on the exterior of the home. Erika make sure this was resolved the same day. So great job Erika!!!

We would recommend FirstKey to anyone looking for a rental in their future. Great experience.
