After struggling for years with PCOS , Ellen helped me to feel like myself again. I have severe excessive hair growth, with damaged skin and razor bumps under my chin, upper lips, sideburns, jaw and neck. I have tried laser hair removal before and it never worked. She was very thorough and provided me with the supportive and care information and she explained how long the treatment would be and the damages that my skin went through from all the tweezing for over 15 years. The price is great!!!

I must say that it has not even been a month and I can feel and see the difference. She even recommended creams for numbing to make the procedure more comfortable and also after care.

Ellen uses the heat method, she is very professional & sanitary. she was even nice enough to cauterize a few pimples I have had, even after the time is up she always tries to get a few extra hairs at no additional cost. I am a black women & she is quite knowledgeable about skin care tips for black skin undergoing electrolysis, she has given me tips recommending exfoliation & using tendskin to prevent razor bumps.I have not experienced any adverse effects (burns, scabs, big wholes in pores with her) I highly recommend Ellen for your permanent hair removal needs!

My experience with Ellen has been amazing! I am a 20 something year old African American woman struggling with hirsutism and started receiving electrolysis on my entire face. Since I started puberty I’ve had to tweeze my face once sometimes twice a day. After my first session with Ellen, I saw great results. She says results can vary but I was amazed at mine. Honestly.
