My policy cancelled due to an error and they tried charging me a fee on top for reinstating my insurance after a mistake. Called my insurance directly and it was half the amount they were trying to charge me. Never got 1 text message or email notifying me the payment never went through from this company

I do not recommend this insurance company for anyone…they will not help you when you need help..or if ever you switch your insurance to another one like I did because of better prices…they will not cancel your policy….myself literally had to call for weeks and days numerous times…because they kept hanging up on me and I guess they just didn’t want to help me get my policy canceled….I tried to cancel it on my due date so I could get my money back…did everything I was told to do…a week later..it was never canceled…they do not do there job…they will not help you and will play games with you and take your money!

I live in Florida. I was contacted by Lisa at 1st Insurance via text after partially completing an auto insurance questionnaire from an advertisement online. I usually never do this, but they advertised having access to lots of companies to compare rates. The questions got too long so I exited, but as I mentioned was still contacted via text by Lisa with 1st Insurance. Being contacted by text rather than being called made all of the difference! I could call back when I was prepared and available to discuss new policies. She gave me 3 fantastic quotes that beat everyone I called in Jacksonville! My experience with Lisa was great! I highly recommend calling Lisa at Ext. 9305! She went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate! Thanks again Lisa!
