My experience at This location has been exceptionally positive. Logan, my salesperson, was patient and helped me beautifully coordinate the colors and styles of bathroom tile to match the new flooring that I purchased! When I got the tile home for installation, there was a slight issue with the size matching. Alejandro, the manager, was immediately positive, understanding, and successful in resolving the issue. Since that time, he has continued to be very helpful in carrying out additional aspects of the project! They have earned my loyalty and the will have it! A rare, exceptionally positive retail experience! A 10 star customer service response and effect!

Worth the drive!! This store is night and day compared to the store in Miami Gardens, where you will find the staff has no interest in selling floors. I had a very positive experience on more than one occasion. The staff took their time to help me sort through the vinyl floor options and were able to offer insight that i desperately needed to make my decision. Even the cashier was helpful and friendly. If you live in South Florida and need flooring advice and options, go here and ask for Tina or Nick in the vinyl flooring department. Any tech installation questions? There is a gentlemen in the front of the store, (Don maybe), who can tell you what is and what is not possible. The interactions I have had at this store has made a huge difference in my home renovation and I am very grateful for everyone who helped me! Thank you!

I just left the pompano Floor and Decor with a renewed confidence in finding the right materials for my project due to Nathaniel Black’s knowledge, patience and outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to provide detailed explanation of all the intricate steps that go into what will be needed to complete my project, why it was needed, the pricing and he walked me around the store showing me examples. Cedric helped us find a unicorn today! We were looking to match an existing laminate floor and had been to 2 other Floor and Decor stores without luck. He was the first associate to go above and beyond to help us by using the forklift and found a potential option up top. He then discovered another floor that was the exact one we were looking for. We were “floored” with the awesome service he provided us. What an exemplary employee and an asset to the store. He should win Employee of the Month. *****
