The lady was really nice but my nails started breaking from the tip a day later. I’m soooo mad. $60 down the drain for a full set. My fingers are in so much pain. I’ve never seen anything like this before. My nails looked good when I walked out but idk if she didn’t lay the acrylic right or she used nails that were just not good. Do not recommend coming here

I called to make an appointment and when it was time for my appointment I called to ask if it was okay if I arrived 10 mins late. The woman who answered the phone said yes and I asked her not to give my appointment as I will be there in 10 mins. I arrive and next thing you know my appointment was given away. I had to wait two hours and 30 mins for my gel manicure! On top of that it was three different technicians doing my nails. They lost a client. I will never go back. I don’t recomment this place there are plenty of nail salon who are professional, on time, and talented.

they weren’t very sanitary like i’ve seen at other nail salons. ex: using a new pack of pedicure tools per each customer and opening them in front of you so you know they’re sanitary. my manicure was lazy to the say the least. i got dip powder with tips ($40) and the dip came out lumpy. the tech barely even bothered to drill down the powder before putting a thick clear coat on. he also didn’t even out the nails that had tips on to match the rest of my natural nails although i had asked him to. he said “i will later” so i trusted him and left with uneven nails. altogether i paid $72 for a subpar experience :/ never again

I seriously love coming to Flora De Nails & Spa ! This was my first time getting my nails done and I did not make my online appointment successfully(my fault) but Trang, the manager, still made an accommodation for me to get a full set that day!

Very nice, came in for a walk in pedi this evening. Place was clean, my nail tech was friendly, and good job done on my toes.
