So far this has been the best insurance I’ve ever been forced to carry . Though I don’t want or like insurance I’ve never been threatened or hurrassed by this insurance company. Wich is a first. . Thank you for not going above and beyond like other companys . And I hope we can keep a relationship that I don’t have to be bothered . Good job!

Very unprofessional. I stipulated a car insurance with them and after two weeks I discovered they increased it at more than double price because they applied discounts they shouldn’t have applied in the first place. They clearly knew I don’t own an house and I got my driver license in the last year, but they applied the homeowner discount and MVR discount. Without telling me.
After I called them everyday for a week, I was able to reduce the policy total, but not at the first stipulated price. They make mistakes, don’t acknowledge them, and they don’t even seem to want to fix them. We are talking about an original increase of more than $1000 for six months. This is crazy.

I have been with this company for quite some time now, I don’t know how to express my gratitude for Maggie. That place would go to you know what with her. Not only is she educated, she gets stuff done and I mean quick. I went through hell when she was on maternity leave and I almost went with another company. I truly hope her boss sees this review because she deserves a promotion, bonus and major recognition for her professionalism. And I’m sorry, but as for everybody else that works there Im Not quite sure how they even obtain their license to do insurance. It’s a great company but if you are looking for dependability definitely ask for Maggie!
