Brad provided an outstanding service! This was our first home inspection and he was extremely customer service oriented. He managed to schedule our inspection next day after requesting it. I called Brad last minute to see if he could squeeze me in due to an inspection period of only 7 days in this hot South Florida market. Brad was quick to schedule an inspection two days after the call and even coordinated a pest inspector to come out with him on a Sunday at that! Brad is amazing. Brad was our inspector. He did an outstanding job. We had issues with scheduling due to a tenant in the property and he worked with us to make the inspection happen. On the day of the inspection, he arrived early and began looking at the outside of the house. He did a very thorough check of this Duplex and returned a very detailed report of his findings by the next day. He even double checked any areas of concern that we had, just for our peace of mind.
