I called them for an appointment. They showed up on time. Did their inspections. I paid them. They left my house. Within 2 hours they emailed me and my insurance agent the report. Nice!

I would not recommend this company. They falsified information on their report which was caught by my insurance company. When the insurance company requested the documentation/permits that they used to substantiate their work, they would not produce. I had to send a very professional but, threatening email that I was going to report them for avoiding my calls, and not providing the information needed to support their work. The President of the company finally responded to my email that he did not appreciate threats; however, they still did not provide the information requested. What really speaks to the character of this organization is that my highly rated, very large insurance company told me they were a horrible company to work with and that they had run into this same situation with other clients.
