Flowers By Rosa (Closed Temporarily)

I received a delivery on August 2nd and I have never seen such poor quality. Some of the flowers in the arrangement were broken and already wilted. By today nearly 100% of the arrangement was dead and I’ve been picking up fallen pieces of leaves since Day 2. My arrangement was supposed to include a balloon however when Rosa’s was called to see what happened to the balloon (which was paid for), they said they didn’t have any helium. Do NOT ever use this florist! They clearly don’t care about any type of quality control at all.

I called and the woman on the phone was SO RUDE she said this wasn’t a business and to stop cold calling.. you just missed out on my business. I DO NOT Recommend they are not professional.

I ordered their Golden Pines Tree as a very special Christmas gift – and my receiver said: “It is beautiful and it was one of the finest things I ever saw come our of a florist”. Also they delivered it right to the door – rather than leaving it down stairs with the desk person! I am so grateful – Thank you Flowers By Rosa!! Next year I am sending them the same thing only with lights!!

When a florist has to personally send flowers out of town she is like an other consumer. All she has to go by is reviews and ratings. I found 10 florist in the Pompano Beach area. I read reviews and looked at ratings for all of them. Flowers by Rosa had the highest rating, so I chose her. I needed a spectacular standing spray for a close relative. I shared with Rosa the colors, flowers I wanted etc. She made the standing spray exactly how I envisioned it. It was spectacular. It represented that final gift of love. Thank you very much, Rosa. I ordered the premium flowers for $60.00 dollars. What I got was something more pathetic looking than the regular one priced at $35.00 dollars. Instead of 20 to 30 flowers as the picture showed. What my wife received was a much smaller arrangement with maybe 10 flowers. Has nothing to do with replacement. What they advertised was completely false for the price.

Small claims court here I come.

Don’t use these people ever. They have no service to speak of and it is a huge ripoff in the end. You will not be satisfied.
