We are very happy we chose to go with FM pools to complete our backyard project. Our project manager Todd promised to have the pool ready by a certain date and he delivered on time and even earlier! He was very responsive and helpful and even recommended a landscaper to make our backyard look like an oasis. Our salesperson Gary was friendly and professional and helped us along the way with design and picking out the finishes. Mark and Bruynn were awesome to work with. Their team members were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, and most importantly, honest. They took over an abandoned pool project (huge whole in the backyard) from another dishonest company (and 2 other contractors stringing us along), and restored our faith that honest people and construction companies are still out there. We signed a contract with them in February and they completed the pool project in April. Quality of work is outstanding and we have our own little backyard paradise.
