Maintenance requests take months and months to get completed, even when being considered “emergency maintenance” according to the lease. If your AC or heater breaks, forget it. They will only consider it an emergency if it means certain “temperature criteria”. Load of garbage. Every appliance has had some issue and the residents are extremely belligerent and outrageous. There was a resident in my building who I presume was an alcoholic and he pulled the fire alarm and caused a lot of noise nuisances and somehow he was never kicked out. Grossly overpriced for the extremely below average apartments and service. Will not be renewing here.

Absolutely horrid. Oven stopped working, When called we were told “maybe someone can be by next week”. We called on a Tuesday. So our oven broke, not a lightbulb or anything like that. When we asked why it would take so long they said “well we have like 400 townhomes”. Hire someone. Not only are they taking two weeks “maybe”. They are also extremely rude. Like I wanted my oven to break.

As a resident of Florida I know the importance of preparing for Hurricane season. My sister recently returned to Florida and purchased a unit at Olivine at the Township in Coconut Creek. She wants to protect her unit with some kind of shutters and needs to get a answer from management as to what is “acceptable” esthetically for the community. She has called many times and keeps getting pushed back with no answers coming from the “board”. The management office keeps saying we will call you with an answer. No calls come. It is now March and lead time for shutter orders are several months. What is the hold up????

Customer Service was Awesome! The assistant manager Stephanie helped me with all my needs. She was funny and polite. I haven’t moved in yet but my Aunt use to live here for 3years before she bought her house.. So far the experience I had was amazing! Apartment is nice size and it includes wifi and cable which is a plus! I will give another update when I move in but so far so good. Thank you Stephanie!
