BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! Ordered a dozen Roses a week in Advance with a Balloon paid $90.00 to be delivered on Feb 12th. Assortment delivered without Balloon, when called they said they would refund my $7.95 for it. That’s NOT the point! I wanted Her to have a Balloon with the Dozen Roses! WORST part of this is the Flowers are DEAD 2 Days Later!! I’ve bought Roses from Publix that last over a week for $14.99!!! NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from Here!! NOT WORTH THE $$$ AT ALL!!!!!!!

Initially I was very upset as the flowers I received were not what was expected, however they responded to my feedback very quickly and sent a beautiful arrangement to replace the others. I always value great customer service and this was very good.

Extremely disappointed!! Sending holiday flowers to our family 20+ hours away in Florida and we can’t even count on a good florist!! I paid nearly $100 for an arrangement that looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. I could have went with the lowest priced one in that category and it still looked worse than the one online. I could have bought what few flowers were actually placed in the greenery for less than $20. And they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but their phone line doesn’t even work. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Flowers looked nothing/not even close to picture online. Waste of 70 dollars.
My fault. I should’ve read these reviews before ordering my wife’s favorite purple tulips for her birthday.
Disappointed

Purchasing a premium bouquet I expected quality parallel to what was pictured on the website. Unfortunately, what was delivered contained a total of FOUR pink roses (as opposed to the NINE pictured). Also, the color scheme of what was delivered was terrible, consisting of pinks and oranges. Additionally, it was due to be delivered on 11/24 and was not delivered until 11/25. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone for over 24 hour. Completely unsatisfied.
