FORTEC 4×4 Pompano

Brandon, Hendrix and their team are very helpful. They went out of their way to take care of me. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t quote me thousands more like the dealer quoted. By far the best shop for jeeps and accessories.

What a great experience with Matt and Hendricks. I purchased a 2003 TJ for a great deal in the area and wanted it checked out. I read the reviews and decided this was a good place to check out.

Well they did not disappoint and went the extra mile to make sure my Jeep was throughly checked out and safe. They found me the best deals on parts and explained every price and mechanical job in detail.

Brought my wrangler hoping to get a quote and these guys wasted my time. I was told they would call or email me about the job. Never got an email or call. I followed up on my visit hoping to get a quote and was told again they would call back and they never did. Unprofessional, wasted my time would not recommend.

My voicemail works just fine for everyone else. Saying I left the wrong information because I wrote you a poor review based on my experience says even more about your shop. Everyone else can leave voicemails. Everyone else can send me emails. Look I came in there looking for help with something willing to pay and you guys simply did not want to bother. Days later I CALLED YOU BACK and was still given the run around. Own up your business’s actions and instead of saying it was the customers fault…

Fortec 4×4 Pompano could be one of the best experiences when it comes to improve/upgrade your Jeep’s appearance. The customer service is excellent *super professional and fast. 5 stars is not enough. Ill give 6 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
