Four Seasons Spa Massage Pompano Beach

I make it a point to get a massage every now and then as I am all about self-care. My therapist worked hard to create a great experience for me and tuned-in to how much pressure I want, and where I wanted her to focus on my back trigger points.

I like it that they’re being safe with temperature checks and its evident they’re sanitizing their rooms and place. I have gotten massages from different therapists and I found my go to massage here!

Checked out google for massage in Pompano with decent ratings and found Four Seasons Spa, close by my work place. After work decided to roll in, parking at front full, so I drove around to their rear parking. I have to tell you, its a cute nice place, not fancy, but very clean. They checked my temperature as part of their safety health guidelines, I passed the temp check.

My hour massage was amazingly great! My therapist was slim and petite, but tell you what, her massage was firm and strong. I opted for the back walk, she walked over my back and legs as she held on to a couple overhead bars, she didnt weight much in my estimation, but it was just the right weight on me. It was great! My massage lasted more than an hour, my therapist was not a clock watcher, thats good for me.

I now have a place to go where I’m feeling right that is a clean spa with safety guidelines in place, and quality massage to boot!

After a stressful pre-holiday work schedule what I needed was to chill out and relax. I went to Four Seasons spa in Pompano for an hour of massage.

This place is in tip top shape, very clean, smelled clean! I was screened for my temperature for covid (store policy she says) and I was below 35 deg, so I was good.

I preferred deep tissue with a firm to strong application. My therapist delivered perfectly, and I think we went over a few minutes more than an hour, so that was great. Plus I loved it when she walked on my back. My therapist was petite, so her weight walking on my back was just right.

Awesome! I now found a great place and I like the staff, so I will be frequenting my visit here. Tipped generously than normal since my therapist put a lot of effort, Highly recommended!!

I’ve been getting my massage here for several months now and have to say among the best massages I’ve had. I’ve been having lower back issues caused by sitting all day at work and going for deep tissue massage alleviates these. My therapist applies the massage with sustained pressure, never too hard, and yet very firm. I feel a big improvement in my daily chores at work and at home, what great comfort.
