Nita really helped me fix my paperwork. I was very frustated prior to coming here. She was warm, kind got everything done for me. And got me my insurance cards.

Im kind of disappointed I didn’t just come to this local office first instead of calling. Cause the process would have been very smooth

Thank you, Nita, for hanging up on me without a formal goodbye or notice that you would be hanging up, then that my recalling would initiate a non-answer and a constant line ringing but nobody picking up the phone. Two years ago when I bought insurance from this specific location, I was met with unprofessionalism and invasive questioning about my personal life that had nothing to do with buying insurance. A shame to see it still lacks professionalism.
