They did a wonderful job moving me from Boston. The movers were polite and professional. My stuff arrived in a timely manner and the service was amazing. I would definitely use them again in the future. From booking to arrival it was so easy and everything ran smooth thank you for your service

Do not do business with them when I booked them there representative Angel said I had up 3 days prior to cancel my move. I booked them on 2/18 and sent a cancellation on 2/20/21. I received no response so I sent an email on 2/22/21 to my representative Angle and she said I had to email someone else. Come to notice it was the same email address I sent back on 2/20. No response from them I sent another email today saying I have not heard from them and they pull that deposit is being held cause I didn’t cancel on time. Which is not what accurate. When I called there people were rude I had to call 4 times to finally get with Cindi and she said the same thing which is in accurate I forward them the email then she proceeded to place me on hold then got disconnected and sent her an email to call me back and still no call. Do not do business with them they have poor customer service and rip you off your deposit. I have also reported them to BBB.

Absolutely Terrible! DO NOT waste your time or money. Paid a deposit on Jan 15, 2021 & no longer needed to move, it has been basically a month later and I still have not received my refund. Horrible communication and lies! One person will tell you you’ll receive a refund in 3 days the other will tell you 12-15 days. No one knows anything or policies. I can’t imagine if I actually went through with actually shipping my items through them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Do not use this company. They will charge you “hidden fees” they claim not to have over the phone. They will charge a “standard transportation surcharge” that is not found anywhere on the itemized estimate that they give you, and they still charge an hour of time just for their travel to/from your place (which was originally quoted). And if you refuse to pay they will threaten to take everything back to their warehouse and not unload it. Our written estimate was $360.01 for 3 hours of moving (plus the one hour for their travel), and we ended up paying $459. (And that was after a “discount” after they originally tried to take $529 and we refused.) Our items went to a storage unit until we move into our new house. I know who we won’t be using for our next move. The actual movers were respectful and hard working.

I hired Fresh Start Moving & Storage for my move across several states from South Dakota, and I can say without hesitation that this is a tremendous company. They got my furniture and electronics where I wanted them to be without harming them and without wasting my time. I highly recommend Fresh Start Moving & Storage to everybody. Their quality of work and professionalism is unmatched. The company moved me from South Dakota to California. They expertly kept my furniture in boxes and my appliances were put together. I loved the entire service of the company as everything was smooth, right from obtaining the quote to the last minute of the move. I thank the company for the stress-free move.
