Update(I wish the owner of this place spends his time preventing these negative reviews instead of calling his customers liers and trying to come up with excuses. Here is a proof in the picture attached that I requested to return it less than two months after. It has nothing to do with ebay. This warranty is just for friends and family I guess.)
When I found this place, I thought they would be my go to for parts for their reasonable prices and parts availability. I bought a transmission from them and asked what happens if the transmission doesn’t work before the purchase. They said I have a 3 months warranty. A 1000 dollars in labor and 100 in parts later the transmission was no good. Only 2 months after, I called to asked about my warranty. They said it is expired. When I told them that it only has been two months, the operator very rudly repeated “no warranty!”
They have this big place and dont have enough decency to take back their damaged flasely advertised parts. Im taking the loss on the labor and they won’t even give me the little fraction of my cost back. I dont know how people like this can even run a business. Now it is my mission to warn people about their fake warranty and dishonesty. Even if I have to sue and pay more in court fees I will make this place pay for the damage they’ve done. Be careful folks and always get a signed piece of paper if they say there’s a warranty. Very disappointing!

Relied on someone who I soon learned didn’t know what they were doing. Went to Gardner’s Auto Parts and they made it right no questions asked! No doubt where I’m going for any parts I need, especially for foreign cars!!!! Fair, honest and very knowledgeable!

Best customer service I’ve ever had! Quality used parts and best prices out there! Good job guys!!
