Horrible office and demeanor. Rudest staff ever!!! Refused to see my mom during the appointment day after waiting for it for over two months. You could be dying in pain but they don’t care just because they don’t like your face. This is discrimination and will be filing report.

Edit: your response is irrelevant to the actual incident. My previous responses have nothing to do with your office review. If your office would have provided excellent service I would have made it known. Additionally, my mom didn’t refuse to sign paperwork, your office staff just refused to serve her and accused her of lying when she was trying to explain her situation to your staff. So yes, your office did use discriminatory practice and people need to know about it.

Great experience with Dr. Gilbert and his team. Everyone in the office was very friendly and compassionate from first visit to last. Dr. Gilbert performed surgery on my hand to remove a benign tumor. Two days after surgery he personally called me at home — on a Sunday– to see how I was. Very impressed! My hand is healing very nicely and I just completed 4 weeks of PT right there in his office. Shout out to Dr. Gilbert, Gladys (office staff), Elyse (PT) and Alex (PT).

Michelle the Occupational Therapist unbelievable. Took time to explain the entire exercise program to make you understand what to expect and the great results. Dr Gilbert from the first visit , through surgery and final visit REMARKABLE !! As they say “ It starts at the top”. So true in Dr Gilbert’s office, as it shows with his great staff from start to end. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR GILBERT FOR ANYONE NEEDING HAND SURGERY.
