Ground Control Foundation

We’ve been in our house which we call the money pit for about 18 months. It’s an older home that needed updating. We noticed a crack in the side wall, issues with the pool deck cracking and lifting, as well as soil issues around the foundation where the gutters drain. Fearing this would be a huge issue, we found Ground Control online and scheduled an estimate.

John made room in his schedule for the next day. He arrived on time, inspected the exterior, and made recommendations. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The one quality that really stuck out was his honesty. We’ve has issues with inflated estimates in the past, however, this experience was different.
You can see the pride John takes in his business and his high work ethic is not a quality that is seen much these days!
