Delivery & Pickup Options – 68 reviews of Guido’s Meat Market & Deli "Small, humble and friendly Italian style deli and meat market with extremely friendly service, decent selection and good prices. Pork, beef, chicken, prepared foods like lasagna, full deli, olives, salads, deserts like pie and tiramisu. You can also shop a solid selection of canned and jarred beans, sauces, condiments, fresh veggies and beverages. They also carry Manhattan Special Espresso Soda which I’m crazy about. Wonderful place. My new neighborhood deli."

This place is a great spot for a hoagie or a sub, however you call it.

Not only that, a Lot of the groceries are imported from Italy.

The prepared food that I have purchased, from pasta to dessert, has always been tasty.

The workers are always fun to talk to as well.

Fresh everything. Excellent breads made on premises. True old style butchers. Very good prices and quality

I had this place suggested as somewhere to get truly rare roast beef (which I love and was struggling to find). Guido’s did not disappoint! You may have to wait a minute or two because it’s an old school deli but let me tell you, it’s worth the wait! You get that Italian deli family oriented feel as soon as you walk in! Employees are all friendly and pleasant. I will absolutely return for another amazing sub

Used to go in here often but the owner can’t seem to focus on one thing at a time and attempted to ridicule me in front of other customers because I specifically didn’t want onions touching my sandwich. He also handled raw meat before going to the sandwich station. Other employees seem to wear their masks below their nose. Will not return. I recommend others seek Italian markets elsewhere that take precautions not to cross contaminate.

If you’re of a certain age, you probably remember being able to walk to the local butcher shop for high quality meat and poultry. The shopkeepers knew you by name and carried some staples like cans of tomatoes and beans, boxes/bags of pasta, some fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and really good fresh bread. Hell! You could even get a bottle of Brioschi like your grandparents used when they had indigestion!

If that butcher shop of your young life is etched in your memory, then Guido’s will feel like you’ve traveled back in time. They have all of the goodness I described and more. You won’t find a more delicious deli sub sandwich. Their in-house roasted ham is the only ham I’ll eat. You Honey Baked lovers will never eat that salty nastiness again when you taste the ham at Guido’s.

They also keep an assortment of cheeses, homemade desserts, and homemade prepared foods. They have fresh pickles and olives too! Everything about Guido’s is fresh and friendly. The prices are more than fair. The people are like family. Guido’s feels like home!
