Hamilton’s Valet Services

The location adjacent to Aruba Beach Cafe denied they damaged our car mirror. The lot attendant kept ignoring us and would not get a manager. We called the main business phone number and was told, that this type of damage is unlikely in their lots. No help!
So, I will not use this service again!

Worst experience. I went with my friend to Billys Stone Crab and they use this valet service. The sign at the valet stand says 10 dollars for valet, 5 to park. When we pulled into the parking lot we wanted to park our own car and we were told that we could not park in the designated spaces for valet. Makes total sense. But then we parked in one of the spots furthest from the door of the restaurant and the guy told us that we still had to pay the full 10 dollars because we “parked up front”. There were no other spaces further from the front that we could have chosen. He was also incredibly rude and dismissive of us when we asked why the price was higher. To me it seems like he was annoyed that we didn’t want to use the valet for him to drive it less than 100 ft to the valet spot, and charged us more to compensate for us not tipping him. Incredibly unprofessional and I suggest to Billy’s to hire a new service.

Paulo was excellent, and remembered me from three weeks ago when I walked through to see how the Beachcomber was progressing. Their renovation took 10 months and it’s awesome there, and he’s a welcome face. Nice teamwork he and his partner opened up both doors for my lady and I. Very fitting for a very classy updated and modern facility. He’s the kind of person that needs to be there. Good job!

Absolutely great group of valet attendants, Very quick very courteous and very friendly.

I really like the text message option for car request. Works perfectly.

These guys were great. Weird that valet guys add to the quality of a vacation, but that was exactly the case. Andre was especially great! He asked about the remainder of our vacation and gave us great recommendations.
