Just purchased a 35 year old house that had need of many repairs and installations which included fixing closet wire set-ups that were coming out of wall, installing fans and lighting fixtures, removing and cutting down louver door that was too large for the opening, fixing electrical wiring in lighting fixture, hanging shoplights in ceiling of garage, created hatch cover in garage, removing and replacing rotten wood trim in corner of house which included rebuilding of stucco, repaired soffit under roof, hung wired smoke detector. Rick Neal and helper were amazing. Finished in less than 1 1/2 days. We never could have done that ourselves in a year. Being elderly, we did not have to get on a ladder which we really appreciated. Rick was worth every cent of the $1177 we paid for the labor and materials.
