My concerns are that the hearing aids every other month need to be reprogrammed. They say life time but what they don’t tell you is you have to set appointment to get them reprogrammed and it’s a month wait to get an appointment. So you are without hearing aids for 30 days and can’t hear anything. That’s not right. Only takes 15 minutes to get them reprogrammed.
