I made an appointment at Hendrick’s
Honda, Pompano Beach location and
was taken on time. Joseph, Service Advisor, had my tire replacement and
balance service finished fast and efficient. Kerry was instrumental in handling another issue, I had with my
leather seats. He was knowledgeable and created a sense of urgency that made me feel confident in his leadership. Al Benjamin, GM, is simply the best and his Hendrix team reflects
his leadership and professionalism.
I would recommend Hendrick, Pompano
to my friends and family for efficient service and customer service follow-up
and feedback.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we’ve had a few over the years. The culture at this dealership was friendly and positive from the moment we met the receptionist at the front door and it only got better from there. Al Benjamin the General Sales Manager sets the stage for a great buying experience, then on to John our salesman, who was a charming, great guy and made it a smooth sale. Then onto Pedro the Finance Manager who, in his high tech office made the financial aspect easy and fast. Kudos to Conner, who received my initial phone call and channeled me to the right folks. This team got us the car we asked for, had it ready the minute we arrived and it was in full view throughout the whole experience. Even the guys who got the car prepped were great. Great experience. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and I was really nervous. You hear all kinds of horror stories about car salesmen. I had a great experience. I worked with Chauncey, Joe, Quinnton and Eric and they were all great. Pedro was very efficient with the paperwork and helped me feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. Would definitely recommend.

Eric, Quinton, & Julio are amazing and were able to find me the most perfect car after the one I came to get got sold before I could get there. They all took the time to care and find a car that was absolutely perfect for me and they got me a very fair deal. Julio even called me back after I left to let me know they got me a better APR with different financing and saved me $$ and an entire year of payments! Thank you so much!

Let me start off by saying Hendricks Honda Pompano is the best , I will never go anywhere else ! I was helped by Zack Wilson. He was very professional, well spoken and made sure I understood everything about my brand new Honda Civic..down to the exact color I wanted and all the features. He was very knowledgeable and knew his line of work. I appreciated that he really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and got me an amazing deal. Love love love it so much.
