The owner told me she doesn’t get complaints and now I know why bc patients are afraid to say anything to you for fear you will yell at them like you did to our loved one. Not to mention the unprofessional treatment I received as the patient advocate. This was an invaluable lesson for me and I now know what not to look for in the next agency.
