Coming home to a ruptured water heater can be a tragic and devastating experience. My home, my dream was virtually in ruins. Thanks to the fast response by United Water restoration our devastation was stopped dead in in it’s tracks and quickly dried up. At this point our technician referred us to Hilex Construction. Our savior, Alan, quickly contacted us and set up an appointment to come out and survey our damage and get our repairs underway.

The process of getting our estimates delivered and sent to our insurance adjuster was speedy and painless. Hilex quickly came to an agreement with our insurance adjuster for the repairs that needed done to our home and had our work scheduled to begin in no time.

Throughout the process of the repairs Alan kept us informed and was very quick to explain and help us understand each step of the process. Without a hitch our laundry room and kitchen were put back together and today are more beautiful than ever before. To say we are pleased with Hilex’s professionalism and quality would have to be an understatement.

What can I say– these guys get it RIGHT. After a devastating pipe burst that flooded the entire first floor of my home in Tampa, I reacted immediately, contracting a local dry-out team to get the water out and prevent the mold from setting in. After their work was done, my wife and I were found in limbo as to our next steps on putting our home back together.

Luckily, we were referred over to these guys. In a flash, Jason and his team responded with not only the concern and timeliness as if it was their own home, but the professional skill and knowledge to organize and fine tune this experience for us. Everything from the drywall work to the tile floors to our cabinets and trim and fixing our plumbing and electric that was ruined was handled swiftly and with the finest care and professional skill level.

Hilex left us with a better home than we had before and the assurance that the work was done correctly. This has led my wife and I to finally move forward with a Master Suite Remodel we have been discussing for some time. I am more than excited to have these guys back at our home to make our vision a reality—will update when finished!!
