Hillsboro Inlet Park

The Hillsboro Inlet Park is a tiny park offering some of the best views of the lighthouse. From the park you can look across the water and view the skinny lighthouse which dates back to 1907 or so. Parking is very limited and it is metered. Tip: Go early if you want parking. There are some benches to sit on if you just want to enjoy some sunshine.

Super cute place. Scenic photos, tropical wildlife, bathrooms, fountains, and a pavilion kept us dry when the sky opened up.

The Hillsboro Inlet Park is my all time favorite place to go fishing! I absolutely love being at the oceanside and being on a pier that is so close to the water! I dont like the other piers because they are so high up and I feel like the proper pier experience cant be felt all the way up there. However, THIS pier keeps You close to the water, let’s the ocean breeze hit You right in the face and it’s short distance from the water is also very helpful to the fisherman, for it prevents the line to snap when bringing Your fish up to the dock. My favorite park!

So beautiful! Benches and grassy areas and great water views! Watch the yachts and boats go in and out of the inlet…there is parking and Fishing and Day Charters on the other side of A1A as well…Smells awesome too…and a great view of the really beautiful Light House (accessible by boat)…

Nice place to visit. Beautiful, peaceful. Fishing. Parking meter wouldn’t accept coins though. Bring card.
