I have had the same experience as a previous reviewer. Different nurses for every visit. Many times the nurses had no idea what the last one had done. No matter how many times I called about this to request some consistency, my requests were ignored.

My husband had a total knee replacement which warrants extensive physical therapy. I was told that, except on weekends, my husband would have the same therapist for each visit to assure continuity of care. That never happened. He had 5 different therapists snd each one didn’t know what the precious therapist had done. Never again. There are too many home health agencies in this area to have to settle for mediocre care. Hi

Recently received excellent nursing care and PT services from Holy Cross Home Care.
Kind , compassionate and professional.

Non compassionate/majority of the aides do not socialize with the patient.
Schedule certain time, aide shows up hour later, have also experienced no show
Lots of attitude to help patient
Office staff needs to be more together/organized .
Not a reliable company.

A member of the Home Health/Guardian Monitoring staff came out to set up my mom’s timed medication dispenser a couple months ago. She was very helpful. My mom has been using the medication dispenser (I didn’t even know something like that existed previously) to take her medications on time and consistently. I am able to refill the dispenser when I stop by to visit her; and I get a text if she has not taken the medication from the machine. She is doing much better emotionally and physically and I firmly believe this is because she is no longer over/under medicating with the help of the dispenser. Thank you Holy Cross Home Health for helping my mom to maintain her independence and restore the pep in her step!
