Dr Hoda Mikhail is no longer there; She retired. Excellent staff and office though

Waited 4 days for blood test results. Finally, had to call the office and was told by the girl who answered the phone that there were some abnormalities and I should stop eating sugar (which I do not do) and maybe some liver issues. Asked to speak with Nurse Practitioner. Still waiting for call back. My dog had blood work last week, waited 20 minutes for results and my vet personally went over the results. Something very wrong here.

This office is super easy to deal with. I had an issue and they are able to squeeze you in. Dr. Garulli seemed thorough. No complaints. Everything you want in a GP. I just wish they took my insurance 🙂

It is a shame, that the doctors here are good but have NO respect for their patients time. I have been going to this office for years and have NEVER been seen within the bare minimum of my appointment time without waiting at least 30 minutes.

The front office girls are usually possessed with an attitude and rarely follow through with any client responsibilities.

It’s a shame that two good doctors have such poor consideration for their patients time and the nurses that they pay to do thw job.

This will be my last visit to this office and I strongly suggest unless they make changes, keep scrolling and I do not recommend this office at this time!!
