Holy Cross Medical Group Pompano Beach Practice

This was my first appointment at this office and I waited several weeks to get the appointment. The woman at the front desk, Naomi, was so rude to me that I didn’t even want to be seen by the doctor I left the facility. I’ve never been so embarrassed in all my life and I am 41 years old have a lot of severe illnesses and only have 3 months of insurance to get seen by medical doctors professionals. So basically nothing got accomplished at this office today and hopefully I’ll be able to see another primary care physician before my insurance lapses. What is this world coming to when you can’t even get customer service without people being ignorant and rude to you period And I do plan on taking this to the top of the office a manager a doctor somebody needs to know the way that their patients are being treated not all of them that I’m aware of but I was treated like I didn’t even exist but I was standing in front of her the worst experience of my life and I’m not one to leave bad reviews.

I had a great experience with Dr. Malhotra and the entire staff at Holy Cross. Dr. Malhotra was very professional, thorough, and kind. Christina and Naomi at the front desk are very professional and warm with new and established patients alike. Thank you Holy Cross Pompano Beach!

Dr Rey is the best doctor I have ever had. Caring, compassionate and on the ball. Easy to talk to. In fact the entire staff at this location is wonderful. I have also seen Dr Ansara a wonderful man he stands up to Insurance companies and I see Dr Farbman for RA, also another great physician. Not only are they good at what they do they have a wonderful sense of humor. Looking for a PCP or specialist this is the place look no further!

After my first visit, Dr. Harris asked for me to get my blood work done at LabCorp and gave me all the information of the locations I could go to and I went the next day. After calling for weeks and weeks and the staff told me they haven’t received my results and how labcorp is notorious for losing results, I called Labcorp myself and got the results within minutes. I called back to asked to have my results read by the doctor and they said that wasn’t acceptable, they had to wait on labcorp to send it to them. December 8th is when I got my blood work done and first week of Febuary is when I received help from Johnathan at the office and got my results read. Won’t be back and will not reccomend

My parents have been going to this Dr’s office since August. They have the same medications each month but for some reason the person responsible for faxing their prescription is never accurate or sent to the wrong pharmacy. Very unorganized this area of the Office need improvement.
