Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute: Fort Lauderdale Practice

WOW, sorry to see a few unhappy people, as my experience was soooo different. My therapist Amy was amazing for well over 30 appointments. Other therapists were always very friendly acknowledging me as I had many frequent appointments.

Covid-19 safety was a high priority throughout all of my visits with temp checks/screening.

Front lobby, excellent, the girls upstairs that let you into therapy, amazing… the girls seating new arrivals for doctor appointments also great and the staff behind the scenes like Dr Lovy (AMAZING) and Carly and at the inside desk. A big thank you to all of you!!! STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Dr. Jennifer Boeri, Diana and the rest of the staff have been excellent! I felt I was in good hands from my first appointment. They are all very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. I needed foot surgery due to a bone infection. Even though she has a very busy practice, Dr. Boeri always took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions. If I called the office or e-mailed she always got back to me promptly. If she was unavailable Diana was there to answer my questions. My surgery went well and I’m on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Doctor Boeri to anyone who is in need of her services.

When I walked in the was packed, every seat taken. (Even post COVID). Lady at the counter gave me a used pen to fill out a paperwork. Got in the back and the first Room looked like the paper on the chair was already used. The place was dirty. When I left, I got extremely sick. I would not go back.

What an awesome group of therapists here. They are concerned about you as a person and want you back to life as soon as you heal. Thank you all.

Zero empathy from Dr. and staff. They came across that as if it wasn’t an easy job and treatment for you it wasn’t worth their time. They can’t get you out of there fast enough. Staff making personal calls on their cell phones and lunch plans takes president over patient care.
