Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute: Lighthouse Point

I’ve been attending this office for many years 6 months ago was my last visit I’m on a cash pay visit and I pay every time I’m there. I received the bill 2 months after my last visit and I called the office and they said they would clear up the matter. Now 2 months go by and I been turned over to collections Getting harassing phone calls from the collection agency.Very poor bookkeeping practices.

Absolute waste of time. The doctor just had his secretary give me referrals to two other doctors that don’t accept insurance.

The old stone age receptionist
At the front discriminated against race. She profiled my husband as soon as he walked in and was biligerant and rude kept denying that his insurance stating it was invalid when 3hr before we went to an urgent care center and recieved treatment under the same insurane. Then she insisted that we pay cash. I questioned her ability to properly use a computer to check accurately as she took 30 mins to type my insurance number with one finger. Her attitude was grouchie very poor customer service. Very money hungry. I do not recommended.

If you should require orthopedic surgery please use Dr. Mckay. I can highly recommend him. He replaced my right hip . He made the entire experience much easier than expected.
