Hotwire Communications

We had a few issues with Hotwire concerning the coordination of services being activated in our home at Valencia Shores in Lake Worth. I very much appreciate Serena Gonzalez’s professionalism and ultimately her ability to get us up and running. My community switched to Hotwire about a year ago, and I could not be happier. The facilities they offer far exceed those of their competition such as the ability to go back up to 24 hours on fifty of the most popular TV channels in case you start a show late or forget to record what you want. Picture quality is excellent and so is their service. Their community manager, Fernando Perez, goes out of his way to be sure any of our concerns are fully resolved. My telephone and internet services are also with Hotwire and are wonderful, too.

I really appreciate the customer support. Really so much better than my previous provider. Especially Fernando Perez. He is great. I am happy to have HBO MAX included at no extra cost,

This review is specifically for Hector Melendez, the Collections Specialist for Hotwire Communications. After spending several weeks battling with customer service, which got me sent to collections, it ended up being a good thing because I got to speak with Hector. He was the first person to actually be proactive, look into the true issue, get a hold of the proper department heads, and solve the problem. 5 stars for Hector for exemplary customer service, going above and beyond, and seeing the issue through to the end.

Most of the other customer service reps didn’t want to take the time to figure out what was wrong. They just want to get you off of the phone as quickly as possible to move on to the next person. Unfortunately, not every issue can be solved quickly. I know this is common in the business of Internet Service Providers, which is why I wanted to highlight how Hector stands out as one of the good guys. Thank you for your efforts. It’s much appreciated.

Good afternoon, I have to leave this review for my representative that I have on site and perpetually providing the best customer service. There was a moment last week that I reached out to Jules after hours about me not being able to access the new hbo your company was providing. Not only did he answer my call well after 5:00 pm but he also was able to locate a technician to come to the property and assist me with getting the program on my television.. What else could I ask for when it comes to that level of service at almost any time of the day?! Great company, great service, and a great representative you have here at wood field!
