Without wasting any more of my time than I did today with this shop I will just say they have no business ever looking at Porsche’s. They admitted they didn’t even have the proper tools (probably Torx) Bottom-line is they knew all this (or should have) then low-balled me to get me in the shop. This, even after confirming the labor and that parts were in stock. Then, they decided they couldn’t find the parts and therefore couldn’t do it. I found the parts in 10 mins online with free overnight shipping. On top of all of this, because they low-balled me (and I fell for it), I spent 60 mins of my valuable time each for 2 round trips and 2 legs were using Uber at $30 each. Obviously I have learned my lesson.

I purchased a vehicle in September after one month. I was told I would receive the title in the mail. It is now been three months and my title tag agency says it’s registered to someone else. It’s not even in my name. All they can advise is good luck. I spoke to someone on the phone and now the cell and business number they will not answer my phone calls or emails.
