The most amazing place I have ever lived!! Safe , quiet, full of quality residents and it’s super clean no bugs anywhere and the 5 pools are a huge bonus. I have never been happier.Also people in office and Hoa are very helpful Roxanne is always in the clubhouse and is on top of everything she assisted me in finding storage for my boat and is always polite and professional. Thanks Roxane you rock !!!

I’ve lived in Independence Bay for almost 7 years now. I’m very happy here. It’s a large, well-maintained, safe, gated community. Whether it’s 6am or 11pm, I feel safe walking my dog at all hours of the day. There are at least five pools in the community so it never feels crowded.
There’s a huge lake within the community which reflects beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
