All the last reviews are correct , the sales people purposely lie saying there is no contract you can cancel at anytime meanwhile they make you sign and when asked again he lied saying this is just for the service we will do today and guess what then when I asked to cancel they said I signed a contract for 6 months ! It was fit the mosquito season .. never again, just be honest!!!

Lying to customers. Billing me for a services that wasn’t done. I have cameras all over my porperty with proof on how their employees lies to get the company paid. My property has not Been serviced in months. And only perform services when customers ain’t home. I wonder how many other customers they have done this too. It’s a dam shame. I don’t commend unless you want them to take your money!!! Their lucky I don’t report them to the better business bureau.

The worst company , they are really scammers. Never work with this company. Someone showed up at my door , he said they charge $39 every 3 months treatment inside and outside. They only serviced my house 1 time only. They said they arrived and did the treatment but they never did. They are liars. I have 2 German Shepherd and electronic fenced gate , If I didn’t open the door, nobody can get in. I never opened the door to this company. They sent me to collection for $569 !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , I ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO BBB. THIS COMPANY DON’T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first we were reasonable happy with Insight Pest Solutions, even though the interior of the home was only serviced once… on the third visit. The exterior was not treated that time, no biggie, we could just call them back at any time to treat exterior.
During that interior service the technician knocked a picture frame down, breaking the frame and damaging the wall and baseboard. Ok, mistakes happen, but he looked back at my wife and said, “Good thing it didn’t break” then hastily finished the service and left, failing to document the damage on his report. My wife went back to the room to inspect and found the corner of the frame busted and the wall/baseboard damage. She contacted Insight immediately to report said damage and was forwarded 3 or 4 times until she reached “the right” person. She was instructed to send pictures of the damage and the approximate cost to repair/replace, which she immediately did. The representative said they would get back to her soon.
One week later, and no word from Insight, began revealing what kind of company we were dealing with. I followed up and was told that we needed to go find a physical replacement and forward pictures and the cost. I informed them that I would do that but the frame is not made anymore and would be unpractical, but if they insist that’s what I do then I would need to charge them for my time as well.
I came to understand they were going to do everything they could to not replace the frame and repair the wall damage they had caused. I informed the person on the phone that instead of replacing the frame and fixing damage they could just refund my last payment (since only half the service was performed) and cancel my contract because I no longer trust them to enter my home. They informed me they were sending the request to management and they would get back to me asap.
I have been waiting a week for that call/email and have heard nothing.
I do not wish to continue a relationship with a company I cannot trust. To be clear, it was not that the technician damaged our property, it is the way the company and representatives have handled the response. What if they broke a window, or something else, would the company ever repair/replace it? I no longer trust they would.

I love that I don’t have to call them to come out. They come out on their own and leave a note on my door detailing what they did. And if you still have bugs you can call them for a free follow up visit.
