I recently used Intercoastal Air for a repair on one of my a/c systems in my office, and they were fast and efficient…solving the problem right away and getting rid of some nasty drainage leaks that were causing some problems with the ceiling tiles below. Then, just last week, I had a issue with an open residential permit from another contractor years ago, and Intercoastal Air was able to get the problem corrected, so I could close out the permit. They have been very helpful on both occasions and I would recommend them to anyone, with commercial or residential needs.

My husband, a physician, learned about Intercoastal Air from his patient. We are extremely satisfied and happy with Eli and Intercoastal Air. Eli was at my home within an hour of my call to him. He offered several options and his guidance. The very next day his pleasant and competent installers put in our new unit. I had estimates from other companies so I knew we received the best system for us, at the lowest price. Also Carrie at the office, was pleasant and helpful.

Wow, I don’t know what I did to deserve the treatment I got from Intercoastal Air, but I couldn’t be happier. I knew that I needed a new system and was looking for bids when I got a tip to call these guys. Eli came out immediately and twenty minutes later I had a price that I couldn’t refuse. Three hours of work by an experienced team and I was enjoying the cool air from a new Carrier system. Through the whole thing the office manager, Carrie, kept in touch with me, asking if things were going well and wanting to know if there was anything that she could do to help. She even called after the installation to know if everything was good. I never expected that level of service, but it exists here. If I ever need service or a new system again, I know exactly who to call. Thanks, Intercoastal.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had from an A/C company , the quality of workmanship, skill, knowledge, value and length they will go to, to solve your A/C problem is beyond what any customer would expect. They worked as a team, communicated with myself throughout the process and knew exactly what they were doing. The team went above and beyond the estimate to sync our Nest system and wire the devices that were wired incorrectly and even came back the next day to make sure things were running smoothly. They also fixed things that were out of their job task which was very appreciated. Thank you Intercoastal air for being such a trustworthy team, that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for quick A/C help, done to the highest standard at a very fair price. Great job.
