My gosh … I have bought a high end marble table from a company that used these guys as a third party. I had a delivery guy come to my house, with no clue I had paid for “white glove “ services ( opening it and installation) , refusing to install or even open the pallet and box to see if the table top was ok. I had received 2 broken tops before. He just did not want to open my box and was extremely rude and vulgar. On top, he wasn’t wearing a mask ! And was just all mad talking loud without a mask.
I had the worse experience ever with this company!
After his boss explained what the situation was, and he needed to open the box, he became a worse hot head and told me ( or demanded of me ) that if he opened the box I had to keep the merchandise! My gosh ! The worse service and delivery ever! They need to train their drivers to be polite and try to solve issues.These company therefore is not professional They need to train their drivers to be polite and try to solve issues. at all. And it looks systematic because the rating are the worse ! They have earned them.
I don’t have time for reviews but you should just look for a different service. Save your time and tears.

Absolute worst company for appliances. I am not sure why whirlpool works with them 3 times they have been to my house and not properly installed my refrigerator and not hauled away the old one.

I have been waiting since 9am for them to arrive. I spoke With them over three hours ago when they said they would be here in 15 minutes. I called again and they said they were running behind and would be here in 30 minutes. No one had shown up or. Allied! I have taken the morning off from work and have lost s log of money for their incompetence . I am calling whirlpool to ask them to find another delivery service.

Avoid using JB Hunt Final Mile at all cost. I had to use them twice because I purchased appliances from COSTCO. JB Hunt damaged my home both times they attempted to install my refrigerator and dishwasher. The first installer was rude and incompetent and scratched my floor and damaged my cabinets. The second installer was nice but really messed up my wood floors. Deep scratches. He hid the damage ans ran out of the house with out giving me any paper work. I called him back many times right after he left and he never answered. I still do not have my dishwasher. I wish i could leave zero stars but I have to put one.
