J Morgan flowers is now out of business. Beware: my wedding is in two weeks and they did not notify me they were out of business. Thank goodness I have a planner who has other brides who also hired J Morgan. She informed me these brides got a mass email about their business closing. If you haven’t heard anything from them, this is why. Their phones are disconnected and they are not giving back my deposit. Their email still works as I asked them why I heard from someone else they were not doing my wedding in two weeks and I got a reply from Joel (which he bcc’d me on an email to another bride). I had to ask them to confirm they were not doing my wedding. Isn’t it best practice to call someone to explain this rather than ghost 2 weeks before the wedding?? So brides if you hired J Morgan and can’t get ahold of them- this is why!

I was hoping to have a wonderful experience after hiring Jacqueline at J Morgan Flowers for my daughter’s destination wedding here in Florida over Memorial Day weekend 2020. She was knowledgeable, talented and professional. Then COVID-19 hit! We postponed the wedding until October hoping the virus would subside and it would be safe for everyone to fly. Clearly it didn’t look like that was going to happen when Florida’s numbers started to surge. I cancelled the October wedding date early in June and notified all my vendors. ALL but one, J Morgan Flowers, were willing to refund all or part of my deposit, acknowledging this unforeseen pandemic. But Jacqueline refused to refund any of my $5,000 deposit! She wouldn’t even respond to my follow up email. I’m sure she and her family lived off her clients’ hard earned deposit money and now refuses to acknowledge her selfishness. A once in a lifetime pandemic is NOT the opportunity to spit on the people who have put their trust in you and your company. How about offering a partial refund or payment plan?

J Morgan Flowers always provides beautiful arrangements!!! Their customer service is fantastic and ordering on the phone is so quick and easy. We come back to them again and again.

J Morgan flowers is the absolute best!! Not only were our flowers AMAZING and more than I could ever imagine, but she was the best to work with! She even walked me to the isle and made sure I was ok!! She made the whole process so easy and is such an awesome person!!! Thankful we had her and her team for our special day!!
