they showed up exactly on time, they were all wearing masks, they did all of the work to pack and move my entire apartment into storage. I didn’t have to lift a finger or even take down my pictures from the walls. they asked me questions when they had any concerns. and they came in exactly on budget per their estimate and hundreds of dollars cheaper than using a big company.

A five mile move turned out to cost 50k in damages. All items completely destroyed. No covers, demanded cash to complete jobs, when showed damage I was ignored and pushed out of the way. John Webb owner was yelling most of the time and was acting agitated. Forgot several household items so had to come back all the way back to house. Went MIA for 1 1/2. Disrespectful and am learning they may have no insurance. They will not respond to damage claims, no calls, no emails. Not a legitimate company

The worse moving company in all of South Florida.
They damaged almost every single piece of furniture, a value of over 50k and did absolutely nothing per contract. The owner was acting like a bully the whole time and bit my head off anytime I asked a question. Some items appeared to be missing in action but cannot prove.
Avoid at all costs. Not worth the stress or heartache or precious and irreplaceable items. I am completely devastated. I had to hire another company just to document the damages.
