Our overall experience was very positive. The agent who worked with us was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. This was our first time with Jackson Hewitt and to put it mildly, we were shocked at our refund. I don’t understand tax preparation that is why I always have them prepared by professionals.

Our only disappointment was that they could not set up the refund to come directly to our bank account. That seemed preposterous to us as we have had a direct deposit for many, many years.

This new location I found and was glad I did. Office is nice and clean and service was great!
