I have had my taxes done at multiple “name” firms over the years but I have NEVER received the customer service or tax law expertise that I’ve experienced at JAL. They are all incredibly friendly, responsive and seem to love what they do. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you all at JAL!

Extremely rude individual on the phone. Luis would not answer a simple question and had very poor attitude.

How about 0 stars?
They let my home insurance lapse because they failed to submit coverage to my mortgage company. AJ is 100% incompetent and never accounts for his endless mistakes. Wendy doesn’t bother to respond to emails after promising she would. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Period.

So far so good, they returned my calls, actually they called me 3 times in one day. Great customer service and I’m pleased thus far with the results. Highly recommended, and I must say I am not easily satisfied!
