I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this one is worthy. So I booked an appointment at 6:30 on a Monday to get my hair styled and colored for an event I had coming up (pretty big). I’m there on time, 30 minutes passes before Michelle I believe (hair dresser) notices that I am there before telling me that she’s working on someone else’s hair and will not have enough time for my hair. Very unprofessional, no sympathy, nothing. Then asks if I wanted to come back NEXT weekend.
NO MICHELLE, THAT’S WHY I TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY, OF THIS WEEK, NOT NEXT WEEK!
