Choosing a contractor is such a daunting task, especially in South Florida! John Beach Construction came highly recommended to us and based on their initial professionalism we decided to use them. Our project came out exactly as we had hoped for. Since then we have recommended them to several satisfied friends. Amazing!!! So many people warned me about doing an addition, the most warning was with a GC. From the first time I met John Beach, he made made me feel comfortable, he gave me all my option and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind, he was respectful and patient through the whole process. Doing an addition has many unforeseen things that come up constantly, John Beach made the whole process enjoyable, which is what it should be. His crew was amazing from his son, to all the different trades doing the work, you can tell they have been together for a long time. They were very reliable, and the crews working at the house gave me a sense that I could trust them. All city inspections were passed with no issues. I highly recommend them, here are some photos of their work through the whole process.

Top notch….we recently started an addition at our house in Plantation, John Beach and his crew were amazing. I felt like I was a apart of his family with the way that he treated the project and myself. His crew was the best in the business, they showed up on time, cleaned up after the day was done, and the attention to detail in all aspects was unmatched….this was my first time with a GC and building an addition, and many people warned of horror stories of experience they had doing something similar. My experience was nothing like those, I can’t say enough about John Beach Construction, from his son to his crew, I couldn’t be happier.
