John the Plumber

Adam and Darrin did a great job. They were very polite, pleasant and efficient. Really knew what they were doing. Kept us posted with the progress & did a super job cleaning up. The entire process with John the Plumber was top notch. Isobel in the office helped me initially. She set everything up and made sure there were no glitches. I would definitely use John the Plumber again.

Mike was great to work with on the phone, as was Kierstyn. For the shower repair itself, I couldn’t be happier with the job that Rich did. Very professional, personable, on time, and highly experienced. Nothing flustered him, and he knew exactly what he was doing. We had a small glitch that was taken care of expertly and immediately. And the price was several hundred dollars below a different plumber I have used for years but who has now priced themselves out of competition. I highly recommend John The Plumber!!!

I have used John The Plumber services 5 times in the last 3 years and have been happy with every service. Always professional and courteous. Out of the 5 services, I’ve had 3 different plumbers come out and each were just as good as the other. Will continue to use them at this point. The plumber Bill Sperry there is AMAZING! They were truly AMAZING! Very informative and did a great job in fixing my plumbing issues. They recommended what to do next since the issue is actually the responsibility of the city and recommended a person to help with the water damage which was caused in my home. This is definitely going above and beyond. Truly recommend to others and will use them again for sure.

I’m a third time customer and I’m still very happy with these guys. First two service calls were both reasonably priced and virtually flawless, but the third hit a bit of a snag. However management intervened, and solved the problem quickly, professionally and fairly. I’ve almost never encountered the level of customer service this company offers. They made it clear that customer satisfaction is still a priority and they delivered again this time. I’m still a very happy customer and you will be, too.
