I have a rental property in South Florida, but my primary residence has been out of state for many years. My first property manager stopped responding after 18 months of luke-warm service and zero paperwork on accounting, year-end summaries, and tenant ledgers. Fearing he’d run off with my rental income, I hired Keyrenter.

Danny professionally and quickly took over the property, contacting each tenant personally and assuring them things would run smoothly from now on. He even managed to convince a squatter (a tenant who was supposed to move out pre-covid but decided to live there for free indefinitely) to move out on his own.
